This is a very easy plant to propagate, they are a rhizome plant so to obtain more plants from it just cut pieces off the rhizome, these will then generate into new plants. Always make sure that when the rhizome pieces are re-planted that they are not completely submerged into the substrate, if they are the rhizome will rot.

This plant belongs to the fern family and has beautiful transparent leaves. Even though it is a rhizome plant, they seem to do best when attached to a piece of wood or a rock and many keepers will use this method for growing them. Make sure that the plant is securely attached by using fishing line until it has become established. CO₂ injection will speed up the growth rate.
