These are very easy to plant to propagate. They are a rhizome plant, this can be split into smaller pieces and new plants will grow from these. When planting the rhizome make sure that it is not completely buried in the substrate or it will rot.

This plant is very hardy and easy to care for. They can tolerate a wide range of water parameters.
