• Who can join this contest? Every registered user of this website! Registration is free of cost.
• What is this contest about? The winner is the person who posts the best aquarium related article.
• What about the criteria on the posted articles? Every article must be in English and must be of good quality.
• What does 'quality' mean? An article must contain at least 1000 words, must be written clearly and must not be copied!
• What if I want to use scientific literature and sources, am I able to do it? Of course you are, but you need to list references.
• May I use photos in my article? Yes. Photographs add quality to the article.
• How should I begin? Register yourself and ask for permission to add articles. You need to contact admin in order to do this.
• May I use HTML tags in my articles? Yes. Properly used tags are very important for the article's quality and it's overall feeling.
• What if I don't know how to use HTML tags? Don't worry, send your articles to the admin and he will publish it with your copyrights.
• When will the competition end? The final date for submissions is 10/10/2006, when the winner will be chosen.
• Who will choose the winner? Administrators of this website will choose the winner depending on the article's quality and presentation.
• What if I want to post more than one article? You're welcome to! More articles mean a better chance of becoming the winner.
• How much money will I win and who wins? There is one prize and the winner takes all. The minimum prize is $100 (100 USD).
• Why 'minimum prize'? It's because we may increase this amount depending on the number of submitted articles. More articles = more money!
• How will I get the money if I win? The full amount will be sent to you via cheque from Canada.
• Where will I be able to cash my cheque? In every bank or it's affiliate.
• And how will you know where to send the cheque to? The administrators will contact the winner immediately after choosing him/her. You will need to provide your full name and your full address in order to get the money.
• OK, is there anything else I should know? The articles should be related to an exact theme, e.g. discuss fish, angel fish, aquarium biotopes, aquatic plants and so on.
• And...How will I know who wins? The winner's login will appear on the main page.
• Are you going to repeat this contest later? If we get many articles, surely. We may send the prizes to the 2nd and 3rd places in that case.
• What else? Nothing. You only need to write, share your experiences with aquarists from the whole world.
• Attention(1): Once you publish/send your article, you agree to our using it on our website.
• Attention(2): If any article is of very low quality, it will be deleted without any notification, and it will be rejected from our contest.
• Attention(3): The administrators of this website are able to change the terms and conditions in case of any conflict. The prize is guaranteed.
